When travelling to Colombia, especially to a remote island, it is advisable that your travel insurance cover up to $100,000 USD in personal injury and medical treatment and $200,000 USD in repatriation and evacuation expenses including international helicopter rescue and air ambulance services. Your travel insurance should also include coverage for personal property, delays and cancellation.
Manzana Azul accepts no liability for reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your visit for any reason, whether voluntarily on your part, as a result of failed travel arrangements, adverse weather conditions, or as a result of its actions.
You are responsible for understanding the specifics of your travel insurance policy, ensuring that your policy covers all optional and included activities offered, including transport by boat to the hotel, and that there are no exclusion clauses which would limit the coverage for any activity type.
